Archaeologists have identified the remains of medieval bishops buried at Whithorn Priory in Galloway, Scotland, 600 years ago.

The Withorn Priory and Museum website has a Withorn Discovieries page, but there’s nothing about the medieval bishops there yet. (The site still worth a visit if you’re at all fond of carvings on stone, though. I’d love to see more — and more detailed — photos of the Peter stone.)
