From the BBC: Chocolate lowers blood pressure.

A mouthful of dark chocolate each day could reduce blood pressure, cutting the risk of stroke, research suggests.

  1. You’re absolutely right, Michael. I’ve added a ‘chocolate’ category, and will update the chocolate-related posts to put them into that category.

I’ve been thinking of doing this for a while, but where will it end? Do I need a beer category, too? A wine category? A vodka category? Perhaps a “things I like to consume are good for one’s health” category? Much to contemplate.
