I viewed this close to when you first posted it. Now Youtube says it is no longer available, “removed by user.” I’m very disappointed, as I’d wanted to forward this to some folks. Do you or anyone have any idea about why it was taken down or if it is still available somewhere else ? Many thanks !

Cordelia, I found a copy of the video elsewhere on YouTube, and have edited this entry so that it points to the new location. In other words, the video on this page should work now. Thanks for letting me know about the problem.
